The directors act in the interests of the members who will make day-to-day decisions regarding the management of the block.
The directors will engage a building management company to oversee the maintenance of the building.
Currently, leaseholders are unable to change the building management company, regardless of the service level they receive.
Joining Cheshire and Hare RTM demonstrates that the majority of leaseholders support change and seek greater control over decision-making.
Once 50% of leaseholders have joined, we can initiate the process to assume control of the block.
